    LIBRARY TIPS:
Specific tips on how to get the most out of your library.

Please Don't Repair a Library book at home.

We know library books get used and abused, and some get so much love they begin to fall apart. We understand there will be normal wear and tear on our books and have special materials we use to repair a library book. Accidents do happen. Pages may fall out of a book or pages may be torn. Patrons sometimes try to repair the damage themselves but we have special procedures we follow for each different situation to fix the damage. If a patron repairs a book at home it may sometimes take us more time and energy to undo the repair and fix it properly.

The best thing to do is bring the library item to the Circulation Desk and let someone know what damage has been done or show us what is happening to the item so we can fix it. We appreciate your understanding and help and hope your will pass the information on to your neighbors and friends.
